A good start for your dog
1. Complete registration
Fill in the official form in full, date and sign it. Include owner and dog details, authorized pickup people and your veterinary clinic.
2. Prepare health & care details
Provide vaccination proof including kennel cough, plus allergies, medications, health limitations, feeding instructions and behaviour history.
3. Arrange a trial day
Puptown Girls contacts you to arrange the trial and assesses your dog’s suitability. Approval is required before the first booking and future attendance.
Before the first drop-off
Puptown Girls prefers forms emailed before arrival; you can also bring completed forms. If online submission is difficult, use the download option on their registration page.
Do not bring an ill or injured dog. A communicable or potentially communicable illness in the preceding 30 days requires veterinarian-signed health clearance. Flea, tick and lice prevention is recommended.
